Children remain the responsibility of parents/caretakers and must be supervised at all times.

Only one adult is included with each child’s entry; additional adults are charged extra.

Socks are mandatory for everyone in the play area. Socks are available for purchase at reception.

No shoes, barefoot entry, or outside food (except for infant food under 1 year).

Security checks are mandatory for everyone entering the play zone.

Aggressive behavior or misuse of equipment will result in removal from the premises.
